  4. نشرّحها بسكين حادة لتأخذ شكلا جميلا وندهنها بالقليل من الماء أو الزيت ونرشها بالسمسم او الحبة السوداء او نخالة القمح ونتركها الى ان تتخمر جيداً ثم ندخلها الفرن حتى تاخذ شكلاً ذهبياً خفيفاً أو حسب رغبتك وبالهناء والعافية💫.
