1. في كسرونة نضع الحليب و نحط فوق النار حتى يسخن.
2. من بعد نحيه فوق النار و نحط عليه النشاء الملح و نخلط دون توقف ثم نضيف الزبدة و نحرك حتى تذوب كذلك الجبن نزيدوه.
3. في هذه المرحلة نأخذ الطحان الكهربائي (le bra mixeur)نخلط جيداً حتى يذوب كل الجبن.
4. نضع الخليط فوق نار قليلة و نحرك باستمرار حتى يعقد الخليط نحيه فوق النار و نزيد عليه الخل و نخلط.
5. نأخذ علبة الحليب نغسلها و نشفها نقطع الفم ديالها ثم نسكب الخليط نخبط العلبة قليلا و ندخلها الثلاجة حتى يتماسك.
6. بعد ما نخرجه من الثلاجة نقطع العلبة من الأطراف يتنحى بسهولة و نحطو في طبق التقديم.
