  1. نضع الحليب في وعاء بعدما نكون روبتو اي نمخضو في قارورة حتى يلم الزبدة نفصل الزبدة عن الحليب ثم نضع عليه ملعقة كبيرة من الحل اﻻبيض ثم نضعه فوق نار قليلة لمدة وجيزة راح تﻻحضي انه بدا ينفصل الماء عن الحليب نطفي عليه ونتركه يرتاح.
  2. ثم نفرغ الخليط في خرقة مخصصة للطبخ ونعصره جيداً من الماء.
  3. راح نتحصل على جبنة الى يسموها جبنة قريش نضعها في وعاء ثقيل نضيف عليها الصفار والجبن وملعقة الزبدة وبيكاربونات الصودا ونخليها على نار هادئة مع التحريك بملعقة خشبية بعد مدة راح تﻻحظي بانو الخليط بدا ياخذ شكل العصيدة وفي نفس الوقت مايلصقش اسقبيه في علبة زجاجية مسطحة واتركيه يبرد.
  4. ملاحظة وقعتلي كي يبرد تماما غطيه باه ما يديرش القشرة من الفوق بالعافية.
