- نقطع الخبز قطع متوسطه ونضعها في الماء مع الهيل والقرفه ونحرك كل 4 ساعات حتى يختلط المزيج جيداً ونتركه يتخمر لمدة 24 س خارج الثلاجه.
- نصفيه جيداً بواسطة مصفايه ومن ثم بواسطة قطعة قماش ونضيف القرفه والهيل المطحون والسكر حسب الرغبه وممكن استعمال سكر دايت.
