- وبكذا العجينه تكون جاهزة للاستخدام من غير وقت للتخمير.
- وبعدين تقلى في زيت عميق واذا استوت على طول تغلف بسكر بودرة.
- ملاحظة:- اذا زاد من العجينه تقدرون تغلفونها زين وتحطونها بالفريزر واذا بتستخدمونها تطلعونها وتخلونها تذوب وتستخدم ومرره حلوه للمعجنات بعد.

- ناخذ شوي من العجينة ونفردها ونحط قطعة الجبن ونكورها.
