Instructions to make مندي لحمّ 🥩✨ بطريقتي ✨:
- يتم تنظيف اللحم بالماء وازالة الشحم الغير مرغوب فيه 🥩.
- تقطيع البصل والفلفل الرومي الاخضر وهرس الثوم والبقدونس.
- ✨ في قدر الضغط الكهربائي ✨ وضع زيت ثم وضع البصل والثوم والفلفل و٢ حبة ماجي صغيرة ثم وضع اللحم والبهارات اللازمة والملح والكمون و٤حبات من الليمون الاسود وتركهم قليلاً تطبخ ثم وضع الماء وتغطيته لمدة ٢٠ دقيقة ⏱.
- بعد ٢٠ دقيقة فتح القدر ووضع الرز المغسول فقط ثم تغطيته من جديد وتركه لمدة ١٥ دقيقة ⏱.
- في هذه الاثناء يتم وضع ١ من الفحم على النار عند انتهاء الرز يتم فتحه وضع قليل من ملون الطعام او زعفران منقوع مسبقاً ووضع صحن فيه زيت ثم وضع الفحم فيه وتغطيته قليلاً.
- السلطة 🥗 : تقطيع الخيار تقطيع متوسط ثم وضعه في وعاء ووضع نصف من الزبادي والملح و١ فص ثوم مهروس و نصف من الماء الدافئ وخلطهم ووضع نعناع مجفف ووضعه بالثلاجة قليلاً.
- الكشنة 🧅 : تقطيع البصل والفلفل الرومي الاخضر لشرائح رفيعة ثم وضع زيت طبخ وزيت زيتون في مقلاة مع البصل والفلفل الرومي ووضع قليل من الفلفل الحار والكمون وتركه لحين تغير لون البصل.
- ثم يتم ازالة صحن الفحم ووضع الرز واللحم في صحن التقديم وتزيينة 🍛.
