  1. نفور الدجاجة كاملة مع الجلد مع الملح والبهارات المخلوطة حبات وليس المطحونه نتركها نص ساعة على النار.
  2. نقطع الخضار صغيرة ونقليها ونتركها جانبا.
  3. نبهر الدجاجة ببهارات الكركم وكاري الدجاج وصبغة الزعفران الصفراء والقليل من الليمون نضعها بنص كوب من ماء الدجاج ونحتفظ بالقليل من الصبغة لوضعها فوق الرز بعد الاستواء ونقليها كامله ونقلبها قليلا الى ان تحمر.
  4. نحتفظ بماء الدجاج للرز.
  5. في قدر نضع نص علبه زبدة مع نصف مكعب ماجي ونضيف الرز المنقوع والمغسول جيداً بعد ونقلبه مع الزبدة الى ان ينشف ثم نضيف ماء الدجاج ونتركه الى ان يتشرب الماء على نار هاديه وعندما يستوي نضيف ماء الدجاج مع الزعفران على الرز.
  6. نزين طبق الرز بالخضروات والدجاج المقلية ورشه بقدونس.
