1. تعجن العجين جيدا حتى تصبح عجينه متوسطة القوام بعد ان تختمر العجين ياخذ من العجين قطعه بحجم التفاحه وتوضع جانبا ثم يفرد باقي العجين في صينيه دائريه كبيره ثم توضع الحشوه فوق العجين ونكثر الحشوه شوي و نتجنب وضع الحشوه على الاطراف.
2. ثم نقوم بفرد العجين بواسطة النشابه ثم نقوم بعمل دوائر بقوالب صغيره وكبيره كما في الصوره ثم توضع العجينه فوق الحشوه ونلم الطرفين مع بعض حتى تلتصق مع بعض.
3. ثم ندهن العجينه بصفار البيض ثم تخبز في فرن ساخن من الاسفل والاعلي حتى تتحمر.
4. ثم توضع الجبنه والنايونيز في كيس ويفتح في زاوية الكيس فتحه صغيره ونعمل خطوط علي الفطيره ثم تزين بالبقدونس وقليل من البابريكا لاضافة الالوان لتعطي شكلا جميلا.
5. وتقدم بالف صحه وهناء وعافيه.
6. سريعه وسهله.
