Instructions to make اسهل مندي لحم:

  1. ناتي بطنجرة الضغط ونحرك فيه البصل حتى اذا اصبح ذابلا نضع اللحم ونحركه باستمرارحتي يتحمرالبصل واللحم يصبح مائلا للبني كانه سيحترق.
  2. يحتاج الموضوع المتابعه والتركيز ثم اذا مااصبح جاهزا نضع عليه الماء حسب عدد اكواب الرز وملح تقريبا 2 ملعقة طعام.
  3. انااضع بدل 4 اكواب اضع 5 لانه سيغلي وينشف منه قليل من الماء ثم نقفل جدرالضغط ونتركه على النارمن 45 دقيقه الى 55 دقيقه لان نريد اللحم ان يكون طريا ويذوب.
  4. وبعد ان نفتح جدرالضغط نرفع عنه اللحم ونضع الرز واللون تقريباملعقه صغيره ونتركه حتى ينضج الرزثم اللحم بالفرشاه قليل من لون الزعفران مع الزيت ونضعه على اللحم ثم على فرن حامي مسبق نضعه 5 دقايق مع المراقبه ويقدم اللحم على الرز وحوله الزبيب والبصل المقلي والمكسرات وبالعافيه.
