  1. بقدر نضع زيت وبهارات صحيحه وتقلب ثم يضاف اللحم ويشوح ثم الماء ويترك على النار مع ازاله الرغوه كلما ظهرت ويترك يغلى ساعه ونصف او حسب حجم قطع اللحم.
  2. يرفع اللحم ويصفى ماء السلق يم يضاف الرز المغسول والمنقوع والمصفى مع الفليفله البارده والحاره ويخلط يغطى القدر بطبقتين من الفويل المخرمه (بعد تخريمها).
  3. يدهن اللحم بخلطه التبخير من جميع الجهات ويرص فوق الفويل المخرم ثم يغطى اللحم بطبقتين من الفويل ايضا.
  4. نضعها على النار من ٣٠ الى ٤٠ دقيقه على نار بين متوسطه وهادئه ويقدم بالعافيه.
