  5. وفوق القدر نحط شبك ، وعلى الشبك نحط اللحم.
  6. ونسكر التنور بالقصدير عشان الرماد ما ينثر على اللحم ثم بالغطاء ، وندفيه.
  7. يحتاج ساعتين الى ساعتين ونصف للنضج.
  8. بعد ما فتحناه ، شوفو اللحم كيف ناضج.
  9. والارز كذلك.
  10. هني وعافيه.
