  3. ناخذ البايركس ونضيف البسكوت وزبده المذابه ونمزجهم مع بعض وترص حتى نكون قاعده أولى مثل طبقه تشيز كيك.
  4. بواسطه فرشاه الدهن او ملعقه نقوم بوضع نصف كوب من الحليب المكثف فوق طبقه البسكويت.
  5. تقطع حبات التمر الى نصف ونخرج النوى ومن ثم ترص جيدا وتوضع فوق طبقه البسكوت.
  6. نضع الجوز المطحون فوق التمر ومن ثم الشوفان ومن ثم رشه قرفه وآخر شي نصف كوب حليب مكثف.
  7. توضع في الفرن على حرارة 180 لمده 12 دقيقه على الأرف الاوسط ومن ثم تتحمر من فوق لثواني ومن ثم ترفع.
