  4. نغطي الحله بورق القصدير السميك ونقوم بعمل فتحات بالسكين ونضع اللحم ونقوم بتغطيته هو الاخر بالفويل وتدخل الى الفرن حوالي الساعتين وبعد الاستواء نولع فحمه وتوضع في فنجان صغير او ورقه فويل وتوضع في وسط اللحم مع قطرات من الزيت وتغطي.
