  4. تغمس قطع الدجاج بالخليط السابق ثم بالبقسماط وتوضع بالفريزر قبل القلي.
  5. تقلى قطع الدجاج وتصفى على ورق المطبخ وتقدم بالعافيه (صراحه اخف من الكنتاكي من المطعم)(ملاحظه انا افضل ازاله الجلد وانتم كما تحبون اذا رغبتم بابقاء الجلد).
  6. تقدم مع البطاط المقلي.
