  4. ثم يصب خليط البهارات و الماء فوق المحتويات، و يوضع على النار و يغطى حتى تستوي قطعة السمك. ثم نرفع عنه الغطى و يترك على نار هادئه حتى تعقد الصلصة.
  5. في مقلاة أخرى يسلق بياض البيض و يقدم بجانب السمك.
