  2. نحضر لكريم بتسري بخلط سكر ميزنةبيض ثم نضيف الحليب وعلى نار حتى تثقل ننزعها نضيف فانيليا نفرغها في صحن و نغطها ببلاستيك لكي لا تشكل القشرة و نتركها تبرد.
  3. على طاولة مرشوشة نحل العجينة و نطليها بكريم بتسري و ننثر فوق شكولاطة مبشورة و نلفها على شكل انبوب.
  4. نقطع دواير و على صينية مرشوشة بالفرينة نضع دواءير و نضغط عليهم باليد ضغطة خفيفة و نغطهم و نتركهم حتى يتخمرو.
  5. نطههم في الفرن 180د حتى يطيبو و يتحمرو ننزعهم و نخلط مربى بماء زهر و نطلهم فوق بمربى و نزينهم بالشكولاطة.
