  1. نضع الزبدة في طنجرة على نار متوسطة ونضع البطاطا والجزر والبصل والثوم والفطر ونقلبهم جيدا.
  2. نضع فوق الخليط الماء و الماجي والفليفلة المطحونة ونغطي الطنجرة لطبخ الخليط حوالي ربع ساعة.
  3. نرفع الخليط من الطنجرة ونتركه حتى يبرد تماما.
  4. نضيف البيض والجبنة والفليفلة الخضرا والبقدونس للخليط ونحركه جيدا.
  5. نضع الخليط في صحن بيركس وندخله الفرن على درجة حرارة 180 حوالي ساعة.
  6. تقطع العجة وتقدم ساخنة مع لبن عيران وصحا وهنا.
