  3. يصفى الدجاج من المرق ويترك جانباً ويضاف الارز على المرق ويطهى.
  4. يدهن الدجاج بصفار الزعفران وماء الورد ويدخل الفرن ويشوى الوجه.
  5. بعد نضوج الارز يرش بالزبيب ويوخذ قطعه فحم صغيره وتوضع بفنجان داخل الارز ويسكب عليها الزيت ويغطى القدر الى ان يتبخر الارز.
  6. يدخل الدجاج في القدر بعد تحميره ليأخذ نكهه التبخير..
