  2. أضع الزيت في القدر وبصله مقطعه والثوم والبهارات ومقدار جزره مبشوره والفلفل الحار حسب الرغبه وأحرك حتى يذبل ثم أضيف معجون الطماطم وأحرك حتى يتجانس ثم أضيف الرز وأحرك حتى تتغلف الحبات بالزيت ثم أضيف الشوربه حتى يتغطى الرز وأتركه على نار عاليه حتى يتبخر الماء الزائد ثم أخفف النار الى أقل درجه وأتركه حتى ينضج واذا أحتاج شوربه أضيف ثم يقدم ساخن مع الدجاج المحمر وبالهناء والعافيه.
