  4. كي تغلى القدرة نفور المردود انتاعنا حتى يتعصر ملييح ومن بعد نحيه نحطو في طبسي ونصب عليه الماء ونهزو ونديرو في طبسي اخر ونرد عليه الماء اللي حطو في الطبسي الاول ومن بعد نقلبو في الطبسي نخليه يريح شويا.
  5. من بعد ندير له الزيت وطماطم مصبرة وندخلهم فيه ملييح ونردو يفور فوق النار مابين الطاجين انتاعنا يطيب (يستوي)ويعقاد.
  6. نحي المردود من فوق القدرة ونصبو في الطاجين ونخلط مرة وحدة ونخليه على نار هادية يتشرب لاصوص وبالصحة والراحة.
