  4. نصفي الكرنب (الملفوف) و نقطره جيداً نضع الحشو و قليل من الجبن و نلفه نضع نصف الصلصة في مول و نضع الكرنب (الملفوف) فيها حتى نكمل و نفرغ باقي الصلصة فوقها ندخله الفرن حتى ينشف و يطهى اللحم نخرجه نضع فوق جبن مرحي و يقدم و بألف صحة وعافيه.
