  1. اقطع راسين بصل مربعات صغيرة واقشر الثوم.
  2. في قدر على الغاز اضع شوية زيت وبس يحمى انزل البصل والثوم عليه واقلبهم لحد ما يدبلو.
  3. انزل العدس اللي غسلته وصفيته واقلبه مع البصل خمسه دقائق.
  4. اضيف البهارات ما عدا الملح والماجي.
  5. اقلبهم كويس واضيف ماء مغلي على العدس واتركه لحد ما يستوي ثلاث ارباع السوى.
  6. اضيف الملح والماجي واقلبهم.
  7. اغسل الرز واصفيه واضيفه للعدس واقلبه كويس واذا احتاج ماء بحط ماء مغليه وبس يغلي خمسه دقيق اهدي النار تحته لمدة ربع ساعة افرم البصل الباقي جوانح.
  8. في مقلاه على الغاز اضع زيت واضع البصل فوقه واقلي البصل لحد ما يحمر ويصير ذهبي جميل واذا حابه يقرمش حطي ملح عليه قبل ما تقليه.
  9. بعد ما تستوي المجدره اطفي تحتها واكشف الغطاء عليها خمسه دقائق واسكب فوقها زيت اللي حمرت البصل فيه وبعدين اقلب المجدره واغرفها وزينها بالبصل.
  10. تقدم مع سلطه ومخللات وبصل اخضر وجرجير وصحه وعافيه.
