1. تخلط جميع المقادير الجافه مع بعض ثم توضع جميع المقادير في الخلاط وتخلط جيدا ثم تترك حوالي عشر دقائق تتخمر.
2. ثم يوضع صاج على النار ويمسح بقليل من الزيت ثم يصب فنجان قهوه من عجين في وسط الصاج صبي العجين في نقطه واحد في وسط.
3. وراح يتشكل معاكي قرص صغير دائري ولا تحركيه حتى تبداء العجين بالنضج حتى تحصلي على شكل دائري جميل بدون تشوهات.
4. او صبي العجين في قولالب دائريه مدهونه بقليل من الزيت حتى لا تلتصق العجين بيها وهكذا حتى تنتهي الكميه كامله.
5. تترك العجين علي النار حتى ينشف وجهها من العجين فقط ثم ترفع عن النار.
6. ثم تحشيها كل حبه بهذا الخجم حبه جبنه مثلثات او كيري ونضغط عليها من الأطراف جيدا حتى تلتصق الاطراف مع بعض كما هو شكلها في الصوره.
7. ثم تقلي في زيت ساخن حتى يصبح لونها ذهبي.
8. ثم تغمس في شيره ثقيله وترص في صحن التقديم ويرش عليها قليل من المكسرات.
9. و تقدم بالف صحه وهناء وعافيه.
