  2. نرحي صدر الدجاج ونضيف له الأرز والتوابل والمعدنوس والثوم نخلطها مع بعض ونعملها صبيعات.
  3. ناخد اوراق الكرم ونقطعها الى نصفين ونضع الدجاج ونلفها الكرم جيدا و نقليها في الزبدة.
  4. في قدر نضع بقايا صدر الدجاج وبصل مفروم وقليل من الزيت ونقليها جيدا نضيف لها الثوم والتوابل وقليل من الملح ونقلي على نار هادئة مع إضافة الماء من حين لاخر.
  5. عندما تتقلى جيدا نضيف لها حمص طايب نصف طياب ونمرق ونتركها تطهي.
  6. في قالب نضع الكرم ونسقيه بالمرق نغطيه بورق الطهي ثم ورق الالمنيوم وندخلها الفرن حتى تنشف وتبقى فيها قليل فقط من الصلصة.
