1. نحضر الكيكة عادي نبدأ بالبيض والسكر ونخلط جيداً ثم نضيف باقي المكونات تدريجيا لنتخصل في النهاية على كيكة اسفنجية رائعة نطهوها من فوق وتحت بعدها نسقيها بكأس كامل من الحليب السائل. نطلع كاس الشانتيه مع علبتين الياغورت بالخلاط الكهربائي جيداً حتى نتحصل على كريمة نسكبها فوق الكيكة وندخلها الثلاجة..
2. نضع كاس السكر على نار قليلة حتى يذوب كاملا ثم نسكب عليه نصف كاس ماء بدرجة حرارة الغرفة ونخلطه جيداً، وفي إناء نخلط النشاء مع علبة الياغورت الطبيعي جيداً ثم نسكبه ايضا فوق الخليط الذي على النار ونحرك جيداً وفي النهاية نضيف ملعقة زبدة لنحصل على كريمة الكراميل او التوفي..
3. نخرجها من الثلاجة ونسكب فوقها كريمة التوفي و نصنع بالياغورت الطبيعي خطوط بيضاء فوق الكريمة وبعدها بعود الاسنان نصنع ديكور رائع مثل الميلفاي..
