1. بسلق العدس لغاية مايستوي وبصفي.
2. بحط بطنجره الزيت الزيتون وبحمس في البصل لغاية مايتشقر وياخذ لون ذهبي غامق بحط الرز فوقو وبقلي الرز منيح.
3. وبعدها بنزل العدس والفلفل الاسود والماجي بحط عيار الماء وبتركو يطبخ على نار هاديه ليستوي.
4. بسلق المعكرونه ماء وملعقه ملح صغيرة وملعقه زين.
5. الصوص بحط كل المكونات بالخلاط وبعذها بحطهم على الغاز وبتركهم لغاية مايغلي وتتسبك الصلصله عندي بظيف عليها كاسه شاي زيت وبتركها تغلي وبطفي عليها.
6. بعد ما استوى الرز بحط بصن التقديم طبقه من الرز وبعدها المعكرونه وبعدها الصلصله وبزينها ببصل مقرمش.
7. بحاول اتخلص من اي طحين زايد وبقلي البصل بزيت غزير وحامي.
8. مشان البصل يتقرمش بقطعو شرائح رفيعه وبحط عليه نص ملعقه طحين وبخلطو منيح لانو الطحين بيشرب الماء والبصل بيتقرمش.
