- تركه ياخذ اللون الذهبي من تحت.سنلاحظ ذلك من خلال الجوانب و نقلبه للجهة الأخرى حتى يأخذ اللون الذهبي أيضا و نرفعه من على المقلاة.و نكمل كل الخليط بنفس الطريقة و في كل مرة ندهن المقلاة بالقليل جداً من الزبدة.
- ندهن حبات لي كراب بالمعجون و نغلقهم على شكل مثلث.
