- في هذه الأثناء نحضر الكريم شانتيه نضع الكيس وعليه اللبن ونضرب بالمضرب الكهربائي وفي اﻵخر نضع اللون هبقي لونها بمبي وعندما تتماسك طبقة الجلي نزين الكأس وبألف هنااااااااا.
