  2. بعد ما نغير مية السلق الأولى هنسيبه طبعا يغلي لمدة عشر دقائق وبعد كده هنعصر حبتين طماطم ونحطهم برده ونفرم اربع فصوص ثوم ونجيب بصلتين ونقطعهم اربع ونصف معلقة ملح كبيره ومعلقتين صلصة طماطم معبئه..
  3. نحطهم بسرعه ونسيبه كمان عشر دقائق يغلي وبعد كده نضيف معلقتين صغيرين كمون مطحون ومعلقة شطه صغيره ولمونه نشقها نصفين ونحطها معاهم وبعد كده نسيبهم يغلو لمدة ١٢دقيقه وبعد كده نصبه وبالهنا والشفا.
  4. وأخيرا تم عمل حمص الشام ويارب يعجبكم وصفتي باي.............
