  2. تاني يوم أجيبه احطه في حلة واسلقه وهضرب الطماطم في الخلاط ولما الحمص يوصل ثلاث تربع تسويه هتخلص من ماء السلق واحط له ماء جديدة تغطيه واسيبه يغلي وبعدين انزل عليه بعصير الطماطم ومعلقة الثوم المفروم والبصلايه متقطعه اربعه ومعلقة صغيرة ملح.
  3. واسيبهم يغلو مع بعض عشر دقايق بعد كده نحط معلقة صغيرة كمون وربع معلقة شطه واقلبهم كويس وتجنبي انك تحطي الكمون من الاول علشان ميمررش.
  4. وهسيب الحمص يغلي مع المكونات حوالي عشر دقايق كمان وبعد كده نصبه في كوبايات حسب الطلب مع إضافة عصير الليمون او يقدم بجانبه حسب الرغبة وبالهنا والشفا.
