- المدة التي ترتاح فيها نحضر الكريمة، نضع كرام شانتي و الحليب في إناء نخلطهما بالخلاط جيدا حتى تتماسك الكريمة..
- جزء من الكريمة نضيف له شكلاطة سوداء ذائبة.
- بعد ذلك ننزعها من المول و نقسمها إلى قسمين نضيف بين الطبقتين الكريمة ثم نطليها كاملة بالكريمة ايضا ونزينها حسب الرغبة.
