- نذوب شوكولاته بيضاء دون اي اضافات ونقلاصي الحبات في السيليكون وندخلها للمجمد نكرر العملية 2 مرات.في كاس صغير نضع كمية من مربى المشمش ونضيفلها قطرات من اكستري فريز نضعها في بوش ونشكلها فاالوسط.
