  2. في طنجرة نضع ملعقة سمنة فارم وقليل من الزيت ثم نصفي الملوخية من الماء ونضيفها في الطنجرة ونحمسها قليلا نضيف مرق الدجاج إلى الملوخية حتى تغمرها قليلا نضع الملح والفلفل والكزبرة المطحونة ونتركها تغلي.
  3. بعد نضوج الدجاج نسحب منه العظم ليكون جاهز ثم نضيف الثوم المقطع والمدقوق إلى الملوخية نضيف الكزبرة الخضراء ونقلب لتندمج النكهات بعد نضوج الملوخية تماما نسكبها بصحن التقديم ونضع الدجاج على الوجه وبالعافية.
