- نكشن الثوم على زيت الزيتون لحد م يتشقر اللون نضيف ملعقة صغيرة ملوخيه عليها ونقلب ورشة كمون.
- نضيف الثوم عالملوخيه ونقلبهم ونقفل النار بحيث لايصبح اللون اسود.
- ويقدم بجانب الرز الابيض او العيش.
- وبالعافيه..😋🥰.
- ملاحظه:(تقدرون تستخدمون دجاجه كامله او نص دجاجه حسب رغبتكم) انا استخدمت صدر دجاجه فقط.. والماء لاتكون اكثر من الملوخيه عشان لاتخف ✌🏻.
