- نأهذ صنيه و نضع فيها نصف الخليط من بعد نضع اللوز لي رحيتو و نغطي بنصف الخليط الاخر و نضع خطوط نشكل حبات و نضعه في الفرن 180درجه و كي يحمار من الجوانب نشعلو من الفوق.
- و غي نخرجو من الفرن نسقيه بالقطر يكون بارد تحضير القطر 2كاس سكر مع 4 كيسان ماء و شريحه ليمون و نخليه يغلي مده 10 دقائق.
- و خليه يتشرب و بالصحه و الراحه.
