  4. نأخذ وس وندير خطوط كانها مقطعا ونزين بلوز ولا كاوكاو (فول سوداني) ملفوق ونحطو يطيب (يستوي) كي يحمر نخرجو بعد ونسفيه بعسل بارد ونتركه يشرب وبصحه.
