- يغسل البروكلي و يسلق في ماء مملح حتى ينصج.
- في قدر على نار متوسطه أضع قالب الزبده و البصل و الثوم (مقطع صغير) و يقلب حتى يشقر لونه ثم أضيف الطحين واقلب مع خليط البصل حتى يتجانس و يتغير لون الطحين.
- أضيف مرق الخضار (ماجي) و اقلب حتى اتخلص من الكتل و أضيف كريمة الطبخ و الفلفل و البابريكا و جبن الشيدر بأنواعه و اقلب حتى يصبح الخليط ناعم.
- بعد نضوج حبات البروكلي أقطع الحبات الكبيره مع ساق البروكلي الى قطع بحجم اللقمه الصغيره و اضعها على خليط الشوربه و اقلب ليمتزج كل شي و تقدم ساخنه مع بسكويت مملح من اختياركم.. ب الصحه و الهنا مقدما 💐👍.
