  2. نغطيها ونضع عليها غطاء حتى تتخمر بعد التخمير نقطع العجينه الى كويرات حسب الرغبه نغطيوهم مره اخرى ثم قرصوهم قليلا في طاوه الفرن حتى يختمرو في هذه الاتناء نسخن الفرن على درجه حراره 200درجه الى ان يسخن تدهن القريشلات بالبيض مع قليل من الخل ونرش عليه جنجلان وتدخل الى الفرن.
