Instructions to make رشته:

  1. في طنجره نضع قليل من الزيت ونضع قطع الدجاج ثم نرحي اابصل ونضيف التوابل والملح ونتركها تتغلي جيداً ثم تضيف الماء والخضر بعد تقطيعها لنصفين ونضيف الحمص ونتركها حتى تنضج.
  2. لما ينضج الدجاج ننزعه وننزع قليل من المرق ونتركه جانبا حتى يبرد.
  3. نحضر الرشته نرشها بالزيت وندهن الكسكاس بالزيت ونضعها تفور للمره الاولى.
  4. لما تفور جيداً نفرغها في قصعه ونسكب فوقها المرق ونتركها تتشربه ثم نفورها للمره الثانيه ونكرر العمليه ونضيف ملح وزيت ونفورها وفي الاخير ممكن نضيف قليل من زبده.
  5. عند التقديم نسقيها بالنرق ونزينها بالبيض والخضر والحمص.
