  1. بسم الله والصلاة على رسول آلله نبدا بتحضير المرق نضع كل من البصل والدجاج مع التوابل مع الزيت فوق النار تقلى حتى يذبل البصل وبعدين نضيف الماء حتى تغطى كل اللحم ونترك ليستوي ثم نضيف الخضر.
  2. تحضير الرشته تدهن بالزيت وتوضع فوق المرق لتفور المرة الأولى ثم نرش عليها نصف كوب ماء ونتركها تنشف وبعدين بندهنا بالزيت ونفورها للمرة الثانية اما المرة الثالثة نفرغ عليها نصف كوب من المرق ونتركا تنشف ثم ونفورها للمرة الثالثة.
  3. المرحلة الأخيرة نضع الرشتة في طنجرة نفرغ عليها نصف كمية المرق بعد ما نصفيها ونضع ملعقة من الزبدة ،فوق نار هادية نتركها تتشرب كل المرق وبعدين نزينها بالبيض المسلوق والخضر واللحم.
