  2. نضيف الملح و الفلفل اسود و نمرق بالماء الساخن.
  3. نقسم البطاطا و القرعة لمربعات متوسطة الحجم ثم نرميها في المرق حتى تنضج.
  4. من جهة نحط الماء يسخن لما يسخن مليح نضيف له البركوكس و كمية من الزيت و نخليه في الماء بعيد على النار لمدة نصف ساعة لما يمر الوقت نصفيه و نضيفه للمرق و نخليه يطهى.
  5. نضيف الفلفل الحار و نغلي الحليب و نضيفه للمرق و نقدمه.
