- في الخلاط نضع جميع المقادير ماعدا الدقيق والبكنج بودر توضع في وعاء عميق ونقوم بخلط بقية المكونات حتى تتجانس وسكبها على الدقيق.
- نخلط الخليط جيدا حتى يصبح قوامه اخف بدرجه من قوام الكيك.
- نحضر صاج ساخن مدهون بقليل من الزيت ان لم يكن تيفال ونجعل حرارة النار مرتفعه.
- نقوم بصب الخليط على شكل اقراص بعد الانتهاء من الصب نخفض درجة حرارة النار على اقل درجه نراقب الاقراص حتى يجف السطح ثم نقلبها على الوجه الاخر حتى تتحمر.
- عند تفريغ الصاج من الاقراص نقوم برفع النار مره اخرى وصب الخليط ونكرر رفع درجة الحراره وخفضها مثل الخطوه السابقه حتى انتهاء الكميه.
- عند الانتهاء من المراصيع نقوم بعمل الصوص ووضع جميع مكوناته على النار حتى يسخن وصبه مباشره على المراصيع وتقليبها وتركها خمس دقائق حتى تتشرب الخلطه وتقديمها وبالعافيه.
