- تصب على شكل دوائر وتترك حتى تنشف الطبقه العلويه ثم تقلب لتتحمر.
- تذوب زبده وتصب على المراصيع وتقلب يسقى بالشيره أو العسل أو سكر بودره حسب الرغبه.
