  3. في قدر نضع زيت زيتون ثم الفطر نتركه على النار لمده ثلاث دقائق ويقلب كل فترة - بعدها نضع كريمة الطبخ و ملح والفلفل الاسود والريحان وبعدها نضع الموزاريلا ويطبخ لمده ثلاث دقائق.
  4. نضع في الطبق صدر الدجاج ونسكب فوقه الصوص ويقدم مع البطاطس المقليه او المهروسة وبالعافية....
