Instructions to make رشته:

  1. في طنجره ضغط نضع قطع الدجاح ونضيف له البصل مرحي والملح والتوابل والرند ونتركه يتغلي جيداً ثم نمرقه ونضيف حمص ولفت وكوسا.
  2. لما ينصج الدجاج نأخذ قليل من المرق تقريبا كاسين او اكثر.
  3. نأخذ كسكاس ندهنه بالزيت حتى لا تلصق الرشته ثم نرش الرشته بقليل من زيت ونضعها تفور للمره الاولى.
  4. عندما تفور نضعها في قصعه ثم نرشها بالمرق بشرط يكون بارد ولما تشرب الرشته المرق نفورها للمره الثانيه ونكرر نفس العمليه للمره الثالثه ولكن هنا بعد ان تتشرب المرق نضيف لها الملح والزيت ونفورها.
  5. في الاخير نضع الرشته في صحن ونسقيها ونزينها،هناك من يجمر الرشته في لصوص مثل النعكرونه كل واحد وطريقته.
