  4. نرحي الطماطم مع حبه البصل ونبرش حبات الثوم ونضيف التوابل الفلفل الاحمر الحار(ڨاوجه) والطماطم المصبره والملح نخلطها مع بعض لما اطيب الفول انضيف هذا الصوص بدون قليه الى مرق البطاطا والفول وانزيد العيش ونتركه يغلي حتي يعقد شويه.
  5. في الاخير ونضيف حبات الفلفل الاخضر مع الدبشه.
