  3. نقسم العجينة حوالي 55غ نفتحها كما في الصورة نحط شوية شوكولاته ونلوي كاين اللي ماحطيتلهم والو غير نفتح و نلوي نحطهم في بلاتو و ندهن بالبيض و نحط شوية سكر و ندخلهم الفرن يطيبو على 220 درجة حتى يحمارو سكر.
  4. كي نخرجهم نرش سكر قلاص.
