- ترص في صينية مبطنة بورق الخبز وتدخل الفرن المحمى مسبقاً لمدة من 15:20 دقيقة حتى تأخذ اللون الذهبي من اسفل ثم ترفع على الرف العلوى من الفرن حتى تتحمر من فوق لمدة دقيقتين.
- يترك البسكويت ليبرد تماماً ثم ينقل إلى طبق التقديم.
