- نرحي البصل والطماطم ونضعها في قدر نضيف طماطم المصبرة لحم المقدد زيت والتوابل نحمس الكل وبعدها نضيف الفول والعدس ونحمس من جديد ونمرقها بالماء الدافئ.
- نغسل العيش ونقطره بعد ان ينشف نضعه في قصعة ونضيف له القليل من الزيت ونفوره على مرقه لما يفور نرجعه للقصعة (جفنة) ونفتحه بايدينا قليلا.
- لما يطهى المرق نضيف له العيش ونتركه الى ان يكمل طهيه في مرقه ويقدم بالصحة والعافية.
