  2. نضيف المنجرينة ،البيض,صفار البيض، السكر والفانيل النوعين.
  3. ندهن الصينية بالزيت (حجم الصينية 30*20سم).
  4. نضع 3/4 العجينة ونفردها بشكل متساوي كطبقة اولى ونضع المربى ونفرده بشكل متساوي.
  5. نضيف الطحين (3معالق كبار) الى ربع العجينة المتبقي ونعجنه بشكل جيد حتى يتجانس جيدا.
  6. نبرش العجينة المتبقية على الوجه بحيث تتكون طبقة اخيرة وتغطي كل الصينية.
  7. نخبزها بالفرن (تقريبا 230درجة) لمدة نص ساعة او الى ان يتحمر الوجه وتنضج الكعكة بشكل كامل.
